Training for Beginners - How to Get Fit & Have Fun

Free workshop. Jeff enjoys hiking, swimming and kayaking, and his biggest health motivations are staying healthy and able to do physical activities with his kids. He teaches a senior exercise class twice a week and enjoys helping people get stronger. He is part of the SPORTS care and therapy department at Lake Chelan Hospital.

Nutrition: how to eat to lose – and still stay healthy
Dr. Ty Witt, LCCH Physician (gynecology)
Dr. Witt worked as medical director of a medical weight loss center that prepared patients for weight loss surgery. He taught lifestyle and dietary changes that were often so successful patients cancelled their procedures. Personally, Dr. Witt focuses on fitness because he wants to live a healthier and longer life.

Yogachelan Will Offer Free Classes To The Get Fit Lake Chelan Challenge Participants.

5 free classes during the 3 month challenge. (for new students only)

Participants may pick from any class and class times.

Here is the list of classes that will be offered.

  • Mixed Level
  • Vinyasa
  • Hot Yoga
  • Sloga (for beginners)
  • Yin Yoga
  • Seniors
  • Saturday Vinyasa Level II, III

Completing all 5 classes yogachelan will have a special offer for the participants.

      You should be able just to hit the print button on your web browser and it will print the page. I would just suggest coming back and checking as it changes a lot as new activities are added. You can also subscribe to the e-mail updates in the right column, then you will get an e-mail automatically whenever the site is updated.
