Final Cooking Class For The Fall 2012 Get Fit Lake Chelan Entertaining Informative, And Fun
By Tony Rose
The final cooking class for the Fall Get Fit Lake Chelan program was well attended by 24 participants as Chef Tom Gormley showed us how to make great soup bases and help stay fit in the process. It was a fun filled evening with lots of laughs and information alike.
Chef Gormley prepared a Creamy Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque, and a Corn and Crab Chowder ( Recipes Here). With his infectious smile and great ways of teaching and cooking, everyone had a fantastic experience.
This was the last cooking class for the Fall session, and was proof that they are a great hit with Get Fit Lake Chelan Participants. We will bring them back in the Spring session .
Lake Chelan is truly fortunate to have some great Chef’s that can share with us.
